At the News and Updates page in the program or in the News section at our website, you can find information whether a new update has been posted.

How to check for the latest version The version and build number of the application are displayed at the program's title bar. The screenshot on the right shows the News and Updates page with some updates. Critical updates are marked with red. When a critical update is released, it is highly recommended that you update immediately. The program will automatically detect when a critical updates is released and will notify you with a popup message. Click the Download Updates button to open the webpage where you can download the most recent version from. |

How to report a problem When you have encountered a problem and need assistance, it is highly recommended that you create a snapshot of the program log files. Our support staff will analyze the logs, locate the issue and get right back to you with a solution. Open the Settings page in the program and click the Create Snapshot button. Then select a directory to save the generated archive. Make sure that you have write permissions to that directory, otherwise the program will not be able to create the file. When ready, email us this file together with a short explanation of the things you were doing when the problem occurred. At the screenshot on the right, you can see creating the snapshot in action. |
