Troubleshooting

You can save (export) any list of users to an external file using the Save button under any table of users in the program. You can load (import) it back into the program later by using the Load button.
The program supports the following file formats:

• oCommunity Suite User List (ocsul)
• Comma Separated Values (csv)

oCommunity Suite User List (OCSUL) File Format
The format of the file is as follows:

account_type=<social network>
id=name/status1/status2/status3/...


For example:

account_type=facebook 103945876=john/1/1/0/0/0/0/0/0/0
2039487=cutegirl/0/1/0/0/0/0/0/0/0
938857=***dontask***/1/1/1/0/0/0/1/1/1


The OCSUL file format supports the following statuses.

Status	Description
is_friend	Is this user your friend
is_requested	Have you sent a friend request to this user
is_messaged	Have you sent a message to this user
is_commented	Have you posted a comment to this user
is_invited_event	Have you invited this user to an event
is_poked	Not used, always 0 (zero)
is_wall_posted	Have you posted on this user's wall
is_invited_page	Have you invited this user to a page
is_invited_group	Have you invited this user to a group

The supported statuses for each of the supported social networks is as follows:

Facebook

id=name/is_friend/is_requested/is_messaged/is_commented/is_invited_event/is_poked/is_wall_posted/is_invited_page/is_invited_group


MySpace

id=name/is_friend/is_requested/is_messaged/is_commented/is_invited_event/is_invited_group


Comma Separated Values (CSV) File Format
The CSV file format does not support statuses. It can contain any or all of the following fields.

Social network Profile type ID Name First name Middle name Last name Email Age Birthday Gender City State Zip Country

About me Interests Activities Tv Movies Music Books Political Religion Quotes Website Online Relationship Meeting for

The only required field is ID. If the Social network field is not present, the social network of the current account is assumed and all users are imported as such. If any of the other fields is not present in the file, no error will be produced and the respective item value for this user will be empty.

Example
Following is a sample CSV exported files with additional user details in it and a OCSUL file with statuses. You can open the CSV file this with Microsoft Excel, Apple Numbers or any other spreadsheet tool or text editor. The OCSUL file you can open with any text editor.
