When entering your licensing informaiton, please make sure that you enter the name and key correctly, with proper capitalization (case does matter) and punctiation. Do not include any quotation marks and/or empty spaces before of after the name and key. Referer to the herein shown screenshot for an example of a correctly entered license.

For your convenience there is a special button to automatically extract your license from Clipboard. When you receive your activation email, please copy its contents to Clipboard. Then use the "Click here to automatically get your license from Clipboard" button to have the program auto-fill the license name and key fields for you.

Lost Licenses
If you have misplaced or otherwise lost your license, you can use the following page to have it emailed to you. Your most recent license key and CAPTCHA Services key will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you. That is the email address used for your last order.

Retrieve Lost License

Important
When you click the OK button the program will remain in Evaluation mode until it's restarted. Please close the program and then start it again. If you have entered your license correctly, the software will switch to full mode.

On Mac OS X, do not use the Apple+Q key, or the Quit command to close the program. Use the leftmost X button instead. You should get a confirmation dialog box asking whether you really want to exit oCommunity Suite.
